Make sure that the dental distributor’s name, invoice number, transaction date, product details and quantities are clearly visible when uploaded. Please note the dealer must be based in the UK.
The invoice must be an invoice dated after the date you join the 3M Thank you Dental Alliance program. An invoice needs to be dated within 12 months to earn points – points are only valid for 12 months from invoice date.
Your image must be in .jpg or .png format. PDF files are also accepted. Each file must be less than 10 MB.
An unlimited number of invoices per day can be uploaded.
It is not possible to upload multiple unique invoices in a single upload. It is not possible to submit multiple unique invoices in a single email. Please send one after another.
You can include up to five pages from the same invoice as PDF. Get in touch if you an issue here.
